Community outreach work is an important part of the PWNAGE program.  Upon acceptance onto the team, each member takes part in community outreach programs.

PWNAGE is Involved in Our Communities

1. PWNAGE strives to be a role model in the community, using our resources to help others develop an
interest in STEM. Our team hopes to inspire young people to be tomorrow’s science and technology
leaders. We work to promote our cause through a variety of outreach events including:
• Northern Illinois University STEM Fest
• Wheaton STEM Expo
• Glen Ellyn STEAM Fair
• St. Charles Park District STEM Summer Camps
• Wheaton Christian Grammar School FLL Summer Camp
• St. Charles Electric Light Parade
• Economic Club of Chicago
• The Assembly Show
• RoboFest Maker Faire Scrimmage
• DuPage County Fair
• Boy Scouts STEM-O-RAMA
• Girl Scouts STEMfair
• Introduce a Girl to Engineering
2. We also value giving back in service to our

communities and have volunteered time to help the
following organizations:
• Feed My Starving Children Food Pack
• Northern Illinois Food Bank
• Fox Valley Troop Support
• Healing Field
